Frogner is Oslo’s elegant west end of apartment blocks. Frogner Park holds Gustav Vigeland’s sculptures, Frogner Manor and the Museum of Oslo; Bogstadveien, Norway’s longest shopping street, runs up to Majorstuen. Sommerro has turned the Light Works’ headquarters into a hotel.
